6 June 2006

Cardinal Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CDNC), a leading provider of video, voice and high-speed internet communications services, and a specialized developer of residential real estate, today announced that its Cardinal Broadband division has recently implemented its own Denver public switched telephone network (PSTN) gateway and is now providing voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) services to several leading businesses. New Cardinal Broadband VoIP customers include:

- Trammell Crow's Denver corporate office and its Vantage Point sales and

construction offices

- Riverstone Residential Group, formerly TCRS

- The Denver corporate office of Tri-Star Construction West

- Swinerton Builders' construction offices at Monroe Pointe in Cherry

Creek

Jon Bartlett, president of Cardinal Broadband, said, "Implementing our own Denver-based PSTN gateway allows us to provide more reliable and cost- effective VoIP services to our existing and new business customers. We expect to have all of our current properties converted to our PSTN gateway within the next few weeks. This will save us several thousand dollars in monthly gateway fees."

Ed Garneau, CEO of Cardinal Communications, Inc., said, "The implementation of Cardinal Broadband's PSTN gateway is a milestone event that will allow us to expand our VoIP services even more rapidly and economically."
