Catcher Holdings, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: CTHH), developer of CATCHER(TM), a portable, ruggedized, wireless, hand-held computer and communications control device built to military specifications, announced today it has named EPS Corporation as a value-added reseller (VAR) of its CATCHER(TM) device. Under the terms of the agreement, EPS will market and sell the CATCHER(TM) device to its diverse client base, which includes the U.S. Federal Government, both Military and Civilian agencies, information technology, telecommunications and security markets.
