Catcher Holdings Names First Manufactures Representative

21 December 2005

Catcher Holdings, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: CTHH), developer of CATCHER(TM), a portable, ruggedized, wireless, hand-held computer and communications control device built to military specifications for ruggedness, announced today it has named T. Michael Grady as a manufacturer's representative. Mr. Grady brings significant relationships within the defense market, including both federal and commercial customers, and more than 30 years experience in sales to this industry.
Under the terms of the agreement, Mr. Grady will market and sell the CATCHER(TM) device directly to potential U.S. government customers located in the 50 states and Puerto Rico who operate in the defense, and homeland security markets.
"This marks the initial expansion of our sales infrastructure as we prepare for commercialization and Mr. Grady will leverage his extensive relationships and excellent reputation within two of our key markets," commented Charles Sander, CEO of Catcher Holdings, Inc. "This marks another important milestone in our sales and distribution efforts as we commence production of the CATCHER(TM) device. We are very pleased to have formed this relationship and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial association."
Mr. Grady has been engaged in high technology business development since holding sales positions at NCR beginning in 1970. In 1973 he partnered the launch of General Systems Corp and served as Executive Vice President until 1986 when he began a career as a business development consultant. In that capacity, he has represented new companies with emerging technologies and existing companies wishing to diversify their high tech business. He has represented companies breaking into new markets in both the federal government and commercial markets.
Mr. Grady commented, "The CATCHER(TM) device represents a significant technological enhancement by combining proven specialized applications through a user friendly mobile computing platform that improves functionality for today's pressing integration and communication issues. With a wide range of potential applications for this technology, ranging from transportation security to homeland defense to the military, this represents an exciting and compelling opportunity. I firmly believe this product will be well received by potential customers and I look forward to a profitable relationship for both parties."
The CATCHER(TM) device is the culmination of new technology breakthroughs, extensive research, and product development that the Company believes will meet the needs of many government agencies and commercial entities for a ruggedized, portable, handheld computer, communications and telemetry control device. The unit was designed and engineered to provide field personnel and "First Responders" access to mission-critical information in the form of wireless or wired, real-time bi-directional voice, video, text, telemetry and data enabling command center personnel to remotely view an incident or job site. Weighing just 3.5 lbs., including batteries, the CATCHER(TM) is 10 inches wide, 7.25 inches high, 2.25 inches deep, and has a daylight-viewable 6.4 inch diagonal VGA LCD backlit touch screen.
Photographs and detailed descriptions of the new CATCHER(TM) device are available on the Company's website at http://www.catcherinc.com.
