China Wireless Announces Additional Contract With Tianjin Medicine Industry & Biology Technic Company, the Maker of China's #1 Homeopathic Product, Th4 March 2006
China Wireless Communications, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: CWLC), is pleased to announce that it has signed an additional contract with the Tianjin Medicine Industry & Biology Technic.
Tianjin Create Co., a systems integration company and subsidiary of China Wireless Communications, has signed a contract to provide computing solutions, network routing, printing solutions and auxiliary IP equipment for Tianjin Medicine Industry & Biology Technic Company. Included in this contract is technical support, software up-grades and maintenance.
Tianjin Medicine Industry & Biology Technic Company is a joint venture between the state government and private industry. Founded in 1998, with revenues in excess of 4.8M USD for calendar year ending 2004, the company employs over 300 staff involved in research, development and manufacturing. With net assets valued at 6M USD and total assets at 12M USD. The company has two manufacturing facilities and a corporate headquarters building.
The company's showcase product is the Kangqi Capsule for health protection which is sold in all drugstores throughout China.
