China Wireless Announces New President for Beijing In-Touch and Approval

China Wireless Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CWLC - News) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Allan R. Rabinoff as the President of Beijing In-Touch Information Systems Company Ltd., the broadband telecommunications operating subsidiary for China Wireless.
Pedro E. Racelis III (Pete), President and CEO of China Wireless commented, "Dr. Rabinoff has extensive experience in China and brings solid management and leadership skills to In-Touch and has been involved with China Wireless since its inception. We are at a juncture to increase shareholder value and improve our performance as a telecommunications partner. In order to do so, China Wireless Communications has appointed someone with experience and excellent business skills in China. Dr. Rabinoff will restructure the In-Touch operation to become more efficient and cost effective."

Dr. Rabinoff has spent over 15 years in the telecommunications industry and has served in several executive level positions. He has spent most of his business career in creating successful startup businesses in Asia and China. He has extensive international experience in the areas of project identification, contract negotiation, cross-cultural team building, marketing, sales, M & A strategy and business development.

China Wireless Communications, Inc. is also pleased to announce that its shareholders by written consent approved the increase of its authorized capital stock to 250,000,000 shares.

Pedro E. Racelis III (Pete), President and CEO of China Wireless further stated, "I want to thank all the shareholders who voted for the increase of the company's authorized capital stock. This action now allows the company to raise the additional capital needed to expand our telecommunications business in China. Our shareholders demonstrated vision and confidence in the company's ability to continue its growth of the business as well as with its management."
