CoConnect and the State of Utah Get Worldwide Attention With the Largest Network in the United States

CoConnect, Inc. (OTC: CNTI), the developer of ultra high-speed wireless Internet access, VoIP and IPTV/VoD products, is pleased to announce that it has completed installation of its Ultra High-Speed Mobile Wireless Mesh Network in the "bowl" area of St. George. With over 100 antennas or nodes installed now, and another 100+ to be installed throughout the balance of the St. George area, this will be the largest Mobile Mesh Network in the United States. CoConnect will begin offering service to customers in the bowl area as soon as June 1, 2005.

The deployment of 200 wireless communication nodes and the build-out of a Carrier Class Backbone Network will allow CoConnect the ability to service up to 50,000 new customers in the St. George area. The Metro Mesh Network will offer residential service plans from $19.95 per month for 256K, $34.95 up to 5Mbps, and pricing packages for up to 45Mbps.

CoConnect will provide its customers with complete mobility within the Metro Mesh Network. What does this mean? Imagine having mobile high-speed Internet access in your home, car, office, restaurant, hotel or virtually anywhere you travel within the Network, whether for business or pleasure. Imagine having the mobility with your computer that people are accustomed to with cell phones. CoConnect's broadband high-speed wireless network is capable of carrying telephone calls to anywhere in the world (VoIP) Video-on-Demand (VoD), IP-TV, Home Security, and many other new technologies which require ultra high speed data transmission capabilities.

CoConnect, Inc. becomes a "Media Powerhouse" in St. George.

On March 1st, 2005, CoConnect announced that it had entered into a Letter of Intent with MB Media Group to purchase all of its assets. This purchase includes all permits and FCC licenses for Radio Stations FM-KXFF 102.3/92.5, The Fox, FM-KXBN B94.9/96.7, AM-KSUB 590, AM-KNZZ 940, and FM-KMXM 107.3. Also included with this purchase are the existing advertising rights for Fox Channel 13 St. George, Utah, and ABC Las Vegas Affiliate.

On March 31st, 2005, CoConnect signed a Letter of Intent to acquire two Las Vegas-Based Internet Companies, RndTuit.com, Inc., and EonDeck.com, Inc. RndTuit.com provides secure, online, trouble-free web hosting solutions, including 24-hour back-up and email as well as Wireless Internet ISDN, T-1, DSL and Co-Location services in Las Vegas. EonDeck.com provides businesses as well as individuals with automated web design platforms.

On April 6th , 2005, CoConnect signed a Letter of Intent to acquire Sandstone Publishing Group LLC. Sandstone Publishing currently publishes the popular Action Zone Magazine. This magazine is a First Class Monthly publication containing a guide to activities and attraction targeted to residents, businesses, and visitors in the tri-state area of Utah, Nevada, and Arizona. Karin Rosquist, Co-Founder and Manager of Sandstone Publishing stated, "We are excited, every single product complements each other. What does this mean to everyone: The sky is the limit!" In addition, Action Zone Magazine has acquired exclusive marketing rights to the weekly Downtown Thursday Night street fair in St. George and in Las Vegas, Nevada.
