DONOBi Enters $900 Million Wi-Fi Market

20 January 2005

DONOBi, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DNOB), a specialized provider of integrated voice, data,
and video services to businesses, multi-family properties, and consumers in
underserved markets, announced today that it has entered into a five year
contract with the Port of Bremerton to deliver high-speed wireless
connectivity to the Port's facilities and customers, including an eventual
548 permanent moorage slips, 148 guest slips, and access for users in the
surrounding area.

The five-year contracts will create wireless 'Hotzones' at two separate
Port facilities. The Hotzones are an expanded version of the popular Hotspots
(or Wi-Fi), which allow customers to remotely access the Internet from laptop
computers and other mobile devises based on a monthly subscription or on
pay-per-day usage rates. This new $900 million corporate Wi-Fi market
(according to Forbes Magazine) is expected to grow ten-fold over the next five
years, as leading technology companies incorporate Wi-Fi chips into laptops
and increasingly more handheld computers are being sold with Wi-Fi capability.

"We are very pleased to provide this service to our customers. Our
permanent tenants and visitors have come to expect the best in boating
facilities, services, and customer support from our marinas," said Steve
Slaton, the Director of Marine Facilities at the Port of Bremerton. "The
availability of wireless broadband access from DONOBI will continue this
tradition at the Port Orchard Marina now and at the expanded Bremerton Marina
in the future."

Bill Wright, DONOBi Chairman and CEO, said, "This activity with Hotspots
in 2004 is just the tip of the iceberg. The Port of Bremerton contract
provides us with a unique opportunity to showcase our provision of wireless
and Wi-Fi. Our model of delivering broadband solutions in this rapidly
growing industry creates an opportunity for unlimited potential into both new
and existing markets. The Hotspot user is not limited to the business
traveler, this market is quickly developing into a vehicle for daily use by
every person with an electronic device, including cellular phones, PDA's, and
laptops. Wireless solutions at venues such as this will be required by
customers if they expect to compete in the future."

DONOBi is a part of the Airpath Provider Alliance (APA) (http://www.airpath.com),
and as part of the APA, DONOBi Hotspot customers are able to access over
3,500 wireless networks throughout the world.
