E-Mobile Subsidiary, CHL Technologies Inc., Signs Agreement With Newpalm Information Technology Co. Ltd, a Division of Chinadotcom Corporation

E-Mobile Information Technologies, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: EMTK), has announced
today that CHL Technologies has signed an agreement with Newpalm Information
Technology Co. Ltd, the leading SMS provider in China. Through this
agreement, CHL will provide mobile book content and Newpalm will provide a
mobile wireless entertainment platform that enables final cell phone users to
access these contents through mobile service providers. CHL's billing channel
continues to expand as this agreement enables both SMS payment and WAP
payment.
Established in April of 2000, Newpalm is a leading short message service
(SMS) provider in China with offices in Beijing, Tianjing and Nanjing.
Newpalm has a presence in 30 local markets and currently has service
agreements signed with China Mobile and China Unicom within these markets.
The company has over 200 dedicated employees, with over 50% of them working in
