EarthLink (Nasdaq: ELNK), the nation's next generation Internet service provider (ISP), today announced that EarthLink trueVoice(SM) Internet phone service is now available at OfficeMax, one of the country's largest office supply chains.

OfficeMax customers with a home broadband connection will be able to purchase a cost-saving alternative to traditional phone service that features EarthLink's trueVoice(SM) and a Linksys Phone Adapter (SPA2002-ER) or Wireless G Router with 2 Phone Ports (WRT54GP2-ER). The easy-to-use kits contain everything broadband customers need to make telephone calls over the Internet.

The ATA converts the analog telephone signal to a digital signal. The phone is then plugged into the ATA, delivering dial tone and a high-quality connection.
