WHAT:
FOCUS Enhancements' industry-leading wireless Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology based on the WiMedia-MBOA UWB standard, with extended performance in data transfer rates (up to 880 Mbps) and range (up to 40 meters) for personal area networks (PANs), wireless USB, and wireless video distribution.
UWB products under development include chipsets, evaluation kits, and modules containing FOCUS Enhancements' extended performance wireless UWB technology, and are expected to be available later this year.
FOCUS Enhancements will also present a full line of high performance video convergence chips used widely to provide TV-out for personal video recorders (PVR), set-top boxes (STB), portable media players, voice over IP (VOIP) devices, car navigation systems, DVD players, projectors, etc. Several product examples will be available in the booth.
