GlobeRanger Names Len Chermack President & CEO6 September 2006
GlobeRanger, the leading provider of RFID edge software, mobility and sensor-based applications for both enterprise and government customers, today announced the appointment of Len Chermack as president and CEO. Reporting to Chairman of the Board James Jones, Chermack brings over 20 years of industry experience and will oversee the development and execution of GlobeRanger's key corporate objectives and strategy.

Mr. Chermack's industry experience includes manufacturing, high tech, electronics, public sector, aerospace and defense, B2B, e-commerce and telecommunications. Prior to joining the company, he served as a market strategies consultant for SAP's global small and medium-sized business operations. He also served as a board member of the Baan Companies, in addition to serving as their worldwide president of customer relationship management (CRM) division, (now known as INFOR). Mr. Chermack successfully oversaw their global enterprise resource planning and supply chain initiatives for parent company Invensys and helped pioneer what is widely considered to be the first automated sales process commonly used in all CRM applications today.
