Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. to Demonstrate the Cyber Tracker at the 12th World Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems

Homeland Integrated Security Systems,
Inc. (OTC: HISC) will be demonstrating its Cyber Tracker tracking device at
the 12th World Congress on Intelligent Transport Systems. Set in San
Francisco November 6 - 10, 2005, Homeland Integrated Security Systems will
demonstrate the revolutionary Cyber Tracker to auto makers and the
sub-suppliers from around the world. Sponsors of the show include Audi, VW
and BMW.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems' executives will be meeting with
WirelessCar AB, who is currently exhibiting at the Swedish Pavilion. The
Company has been in negotiations with WirelessCar AB, a major provider of
telematics to the International Auto Industry. The two companies are in
discussions to provide new wireless technology solutions to the automotive
industry, which is based around the Cyber Tracker.

WirelessCar AB was founded jointly by Volvo, Ericsson, and Telia. AB Volvo
is currently the sole owner, and is subject to strict quality controls from
both within its organization and by its customers.

by the U.S. Departments of Commerce and State in Lebanon.

The "Made In America" trade show runs November 7-9, and more than 160 U.S.
firms, including Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, and General Electric are taking
part. The show began in 2003 and has attracted growing interest and
participation ever year, U.S. officials have said.
