Ingenio and Third Screen Media to Support AskMeNow Mobile Advertising Platform, AdSwers

28 June 2006

AskMeNow, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ocean West Holding Corporation (OTCBB: OWHC), today announced an agreement with Ingenio, Inc., the leading provider of Pay Per Call(R) advertising, and Third Screen Media, a leader in web-based mobile ad management, to advertise through AdSwers, an innovative advertising program that provides highly targeted messages incorporated within the answers to queries from AskMeNow customers.

AskMeNow is the only service that allows its users to ask any question using natural language and receive a specific, relevant answer to their question in moments on their cell phone or wireless PDA. With AdSwers, answers will come back to customers in a much richer format and will allow for multiple advertisers per message to implement campaigns that include graphics, hyperlinks and other multi-media. Advertisers will soon have the ability to target their message on a wide choice of related categories, then hone their placements based on user interests, location and timing.

Through its partnership with Third Screen Media and its TSM Network, AskMeNow is gaining the ad placement infrastructure support of one of the mobile advertising industry's leaders, helping to manage the sale and placement of high quality graphical advertisements in the AdSwers program.

Additionally, by incorporating Ingenio Pay Per Call listings into the AdSwers program, AskMeNow will become one of a select group of wireless search solutions to help connect Ingenio Pay Per Call advertisers to qualified mobile consumers.

"We think we have tapped into what will be the best user experience not only for AskMeNow customers but for advertisers as well," says Jeffrey Mahl, Chief Revenue & Content Officer of AskMeNow.

"Pay Per Call advertising is emerging as a primary ad model for mobile search," said Marc Barach, Chief Marketing Officer of Ingenio. "We're looking forward to working with AskMeNow to continue to put our advertisers in front of qualified consumers -- wherever they may be."

AskMeNow is continuing to expand its advertiser base with individual advertisers as well as partnerships with other advertising services like those of Ingenio and Third Screen. Advertisers interested in participating in AskMeNow's AdSwers program should email advertisers@askmenow.com for more information.
