Intacct Announces Strategic Partnership Agreement With DataWeb Corporation

1 November 2005

Intacct Corporation, the leader in on-demand
ERP, today announced a strategic partnership agreement with DataWeb
Corporation, a leading turnkey solution for developing, deploying and
managing custom applications on the Web.

The DataWeb HostRAD Development Platform makes it easy, secure and cost-effective to extend Intacct's ERP On Demand suite, allowing users and developers to build new on-demand applications or Web enable existing wireless and server-based business software.

DataWeb also helps Intacct expand its network of on-demand application
partners -- which includes salesforce.com, Arena Solutions, Nsite and more
-- into traditional and wireless business software, effectively
transforming Intacct from a suite of on-demand ERP applications to a
strategic platform for midsize corporations to build entire enterprise
applications.

Intacct delivers financial, supply chain, professional services automation
and business analytics software as an on-demand subscription service to
more than 2,000 midsize companies. Many corporations customize and
integrate Intacct's Web-based ERP suite into a vast array of on-demand
business applications, such as CRM, HR and manufacturing. Intacct's
integration and customization services, ConnectERP and CustomERP, ensure applications, data and workflows are synchronized throughout the
organization.

DataWeb's HostRAD (Hosted Rapid Application Development) is an on-demand, point-and-click design tool for developing and running all types of Web applications and Web databases. From any browser, users and developers can define and edit data tables, write and edit HTML, write scripts, and manage security.

Combined with Intacct's CustomERP and ConnectERP services, HostRAD Web enables, customizes and integrates wireless and client-server business
applications into Intacct's ERP On Demand. In minutes, and with limited
programming resources, companies also can build and deploy entirely new
applications for ERP On Demand. As a result, customers are able to
incorporate valuable legacy and mobile systems and manage the entire
company in a central environment, with one data model and one user
interface. Streamlining business processes company-wide has proved to
reduce operating costs, boost productivity and increase revenues.

"The promise of software as a service is to free critical business
applications from the limitations of a client-server infrastructure," said
Richard Locke, CEO of DataWeb. "Gone are the days of wrestling with complex
and cumbersome technology and overloaded IT departments. Together with
Intacct's on-demand platform services, DataWeb gives users the power to
build custom business applications and fuse them with a world-class
on-demand ERP solution."

"Intacct is growing a successful network of on-demand application partners
to enable customers to build complete on-demand business applications
tailored to their industries, using the software of their choice," said
Robert J. Jurkowski, CEO and president of Intacct. "DataWeb provides the
ideal technology and know-how to expand the reach of our Federated
Ecosystem, where vendors, partners and customers work together to build the
most productive, cost-effective and flexible software-as-a-services
solutions."
