MobileSphere, a leading provider of global wireless communications solutions, and XE Mobile, a pay-as-you-go MVNO targeting college students, today announced a marketing agreement that calls for XE Mobile to deploy MobileSphere's CarrierILD(TM) solution for international wireless calling to its subscriber base. MobileSphere will also promote XE Mobile services through MobileSphere's extensive university channel.

MobileSphere will also promote XE Mobile services through MobileSphere's web portals located on more than 20 major university websites.
