Narrowstep(TM) Inc to Power Visit London's Official Broadband TV Channel - London TV

14 February 2006

Narrowstep(TM) Inc (OTC Bulletin Board: NRWS), the TV on the Internet Company, announced that it has been chosen to create London's own official 24-hour tourism channel at visitlondon.com, called London TV. Reaching a wider international audience as a key component of the city's global tourism marketing campaigns between now and the 2012 Olympics, the new broadband channel will run on Narrowstep's proprietary Television Operating System (TelVOS(TM)). The channel is live and currently available to broadband Internet users around the world.

"Since we launched London TV the media landscape has changed dramatically. Our move to showcase London to potential visitors via broadband offers truly global distribution with access to a potential audience of hundreds of millions," said James Bidwell, Visit London's Chief Executive. "As media continues to evolve, our intention is to position visitlondon.com as the portal for London tourism. We are committed to a digital strategy that inspires and informs visitors, particularly as we lead up to the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2012. Whether in Mumbai or Milwaukee, viewers will be able to watch on-demand and scheduled programming of all the capital has to offer."

Programming from the channel will continue broadcasting on airlines and in hotel rooms, black cabs, and trains and buses throughout the city, and through on-demand television services such as Home Choice. These outlets have accumulated a potential audience of 22 million since the launch and Visit London plans to raise this universe to 65 million viewers by the end of 2006.

Narrowstep CEO Iolo Jones said, "Visit London strives to be the most dynamic provider of tourism information across every medium. In attracting tourists and additional business to the city, it has now created a distinct advantage over other capital cities by launching a broadband TV channel, capable of delivering the highest quality content in an extremely cost effective manner, that is accessible day or night from anywhere in the world. We are delighted that TelVOS(TM) was able to deliver against Visit London's high standards as an innovative solution for its online content."

About Visit London (http://www.visitlondon.com)

As a non-linear medium visitlondon.com gives 600,000 unique international and domestic visitors free access to London TV, and has the advantage of offering viewers a direct online booking facility for travel, hotels, restaurants and more. Visit London has thirteen different websites in nine languages in ten countries.

London TV online provides full screen high quality "on demand" viewing. Visitors can experience "taster" selections of inspirational London programs and watch a variety of comprehensive and informative programs.
