NextPhase Wireless Expands Alliance with Broadband Wireless Leader Alvarion12 April 2005
NextPhase Wireless (OTCBB:NXPW), a connectivity company that specializes in delivering integrated Internet, voice and data communication solutions to its customers, today announced plans to expand its relationship with Alvarion (NASDAQ:ALVR), the world's leading provider of wireless broadband solutions and specialized mobile networks. Under the terms of this agreement, NextPhase will continue to use Alvarion equipment to expand its wireless "footprint" as well as offering the full range of Alvarion's products and solutions to its enterprise, municipality and ISP customers. NextPhase will also partner with Alvarion to coordinate market development activities and educational offerings.
