NovelGrafx Joins Orange Partner Premier Group15 July 2005
NovelGrafx, the first premium wireless content provider of comic books, announced today that it has joined the Orange Partner Premier group and intends to makes its properties available to Orange for its expanding network in Europe.
"3G technology and its greater bandwidth available from Orange, gives NovelGrafx a unique opportunity to deliver visually rich, ongoing stories to their customers throughout Europe," said Deni Loubert, CEO, NovelGrafx. Founded by longtime comic book publisher, Deni Loubert, NovelGrafx offers subscriptions to a variety of comic book titles for download to cell phones. The company has been in product and platform development since fall of 2004 and is expected to launch in Europe by the fourth quarter of 2005. Pending partner selection in the United States, the launch of NovelGrafx is slated for the first quarter of 2006.
