Nujira Names Mike McTighe Chairman of the Board; Mobile Telecoms Veteran to lead Board of Power Amplifier Technology Start-up5 October 2005
Nujira Ltd, the Cambridge based company developing advanced power amplifier technology for the wireless industry announced today that it has appointed Mike McTighe as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Industry veteran brings significant industry knowledge and more than 25 years of management and board level experience to support Nujira through the next phase of growth.

Mr McTighe is an experienced executive with over 25 years of international management experience and directorships in the mobile telecommunications industry. He currently holds non-executive directorships with Alliance & Leicester plc and Pace Micro Technology plc and serves as chairman of the board for leading companies in the wireless sector, such as Red M Group Ltd and Frontier Silicon Holdings Ltd. Most recently, Mr McTighe served as Chairman of Alphamosiac Ltd, where he led the negotiation of the sale to Broadcom, Inc. for $123M+ USD.
