P-Com Announces New Date for Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2004 Earnings Release29 January 2005

(OTC Bulletin Board: PCOM - News), a worldwide provider of broadband wireless access products and services to carriers, commercial enterprises and government agencies, today announced that it will release financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2004 on a conference call scheduled for Tuesday, February 8, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific, 1:00 p.m. Eastern. This call was originally scheduled to take place on Monday, January 31, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific, 1:00 p.m. Eastern. The domestic dial in number for the conference call remains the same (800-218-0713), although the international dial in number has been changed to 303-262-2131.
A taped replay of the conference call will also be available beginning approximately one hour after the call's conclusion and will remain available through midnight Pacific on Tuesday, February 15, 2005.
