Rogers Communications Declares Semi-Annual Dividend21 April 2005
Rogers Communications Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a semi-annual dividend of C$0.05 per share on each of its outstanding Class B Non-Voting shares and Class A Voting shares. The semi-annual dividend declared today will be paid on July 4, 2005 to shareholders of record on June 15, 2005. This dividend is made under Rogers Communications Inc.'s dividend policy of $0.10 per share annually, through two semi-annual dividend payments of $0.05 per share.
