ROO to Power Video Strategy of Leading UK Broadband Site

ROO (OTC BB: RGRP), an online video
broadcaster, and Bulldog Communications, a UK market innovator in
broadband and telephony services and pioneer of LLU (Local Loop
Unbundling), today announced ROO is providing Bulldog's online portal site
(http://www.bulldoglounge.com) with a turnkey video broadcasting solution
designed for high-bandwidth TV-like viewing experiences. Visitors to
Bulldog's broadband portal will be able to watch enhanced high quality
on-demand video streamed at 700 kilobits per second, which is more than
twice the bit rate of traditional broadband video.
