Seamless Acquires Phenom Wi-Fi Encrypton Software Program29 January 2005
Today, Mr. Reda, President of Alpha Wireless Broadband, Inc. (OTCBB:AWBI) announced the acquisition of the Phenom ((tm)pending) software program by AWBI's subsidiary, Seamless Peer 2 Peer, Inc. Seamless allows the Company's other subsidiary, Skyy-Fi, Inc. to offer its Wi-Fi clients increased security when using its Skyy-Fi locations which is unique to the Wi-Fi industry.

Phenom software provides secure communication over Wi-Fi, Local Area Network (LAN), and Wide Area Network (WAN) networks with its proprietary, Virtual Internet Extranet Networks, (VIEN). Using RSA's government certified 256 bit AES encryption coupled with RSA's Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for authentication Phenom provides individuals and corporations with secure Peer Mail, Chat, File Transfer, up to 2 MB downloads and remote PC access.
