Seamless P 2 P, LLC Completes Sale of Its Assets23 January 2005
Mr. Luke Rippy, President and CEO of Seamless P 2 P LLC, (P2P) announced that on January 18, 2005, it sold its assets to Seamless Peer 2 Peer, Inc. (Seamless), which is a subsidiary of Alpha Wireless Broadband, Inc. that trades on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol of AWBI.
The main assets of P2P consisted of the Phenom (TM pending) software developed by P2P that provides secure communication over Wi-Fi, Local Area Network (LAN), and Wide Area Network (WAN) networks with its proprietary, Virtual Internet Extranet Networks, (VIEN). Using RSA's government certified 256 bit AES encryption coupled with RSA's Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for authentication, Phenom provides individuals and corporations with secure Peer Mail, Multi Chat, File Transfer and remote PC from a 2 meg download. You can use Phenom whether you're working in the office or on the road. Phenom provides access to your colleagues, family and you to your desktop files and documents with Phenom's permission based system.
The Phenom's Application Protocol Interface (API) also supports Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), White Boarding and Video Voice conferencing. Seamless believes that with AWBI's support and knowledge of the Wi-Fi market the two companies will be able to provide a robust offering to individuals and companies alike to secure their Wi-Fi data over all network types.
Mr. Luke Rippy also joined Seamless as its President to complete the development and marketing of the Phenom Software programs, which were the main assets acquired by Seamless. Mr. Rippy stated that, "The sale of assets to Seamless brings the potential development and expansion of the software programs to a whole new level. The development team and I are very excited about this move especially since I have been involved with these programs from their inception." "Our clients," continued Mr. Rippy, "will see the benefit of this transaction over the next few months which will include on line product support that will be available 24/7."
