25 January 2005

Good Technology, Inc., the leader in wireless handheld computing software and service for the enterprise, today announced that it is partnering with Siebel Systems Inc., a leading
provider of business applications software, to provide customers with wireless
access to Siebel CRM OnDemand. Siebel CRM OnDemand is a leading hosted
customer relationship management (CRM) system delivered over the Web and
offered at a fixed price per user per month, making it quickly, easily, and
affordably deployable without any up-front IT investment. The alliance was
formed in conjunction with the unveiling of Good Technology's GoodAccess(TM),
announced today. GoodAccess will give Siebel customers secure, wireless access
to its hosted OnDemand CRM service on Palm-, PocketPC- and in the future,
Symbian-powered handheld devices and smartphones.

"Customers adopt Siebel CRM OnDemand because of its industry-specific
capabilities, workflow features and analytics functionality, all made
available as a rapidly deployable and easy-to-use hosted solution," said
Ken Rudin, vice president and general manager, Siebel CRM OnDemand. "With
GoodAccess from Good Technology, our customers can extend the benefits of
Siebel CRM OnDemand to mobile sales and service professionals using an

with systems from other vendors such as order management, product catalogs,
invoicing and messaging to create integrated, composite applications that meet
their unique requirements. GoodAccess enables businesses to securely mobilize
their CRM applications using end-to-end AES encryption and sophisticated
password control.

"Good Technology is partnering with Siebel Systems to empower sales and
service professionals to leave their laptops behind and do more business on
the road," said Terry Austin, president, Global Field Operations, Good
Technology. "Siebel, with its 10-plus years of experience in developing
customer relationship management solutions, is an important partner for Good
Technology as we jointly pioneer the widespread adoption of wireless
applications through the combination of Siebel CRM OnDemand and GoodAccess."
