Recently, The Inns of Monterrey hosted a meeting for Cisco Systems. Wi-Fi Guys reconfigured the hotel’s T-1 internet connection, incorporating a bandwidth aggregator to allow for the installation of DSL service on the same network. Not only did this approach establish the desired redundancy - by providing two separate internet provider connections to the internet backbone - it coincidentally increased both the available bandwidth and the static IP address pool, to the benefit of the hotel’s corporate guests.
