SunCom Announces Date for 1st Quarter Earnings Release Conference Call

SunCom Wireless Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TPC) announced today that its quarterly conference call will take place on Thursday, May 4, 2006, at 10:00 AM EDT. During the call, SunCom Wireless management will review the company's financial and operating results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2006.

Financial results relating to the conference call will be released May 4, 2006 before the market opens. Our press release will contain certain non-GAAP financial measures, such as Adjusted EBITDA.
