TOM Online to Report Fourth Quarter and Fiscal 2005 Results on March 17

TOM Online Inc. (Nasdaq: TOMO; Hong Kong GEM: 8282), a leading wireless Internet company in China, will announce its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31st, 2005 after Hong Kong market hours on Friday, March 17th, 2006, corresponding with Friday morning, March 17th in US time zones.

A press conference will be held at Chief Executive Suites 2 - 3, Grand Hyatt Hotel, 1 Harbour Road, Hong Kong at 4:00 PM Hong Kong time (or 3:00 AM EST) on March 17th, followed by an investor conference at 5:30 PM Hong Kong time.
