U.S. Wireless Enters Into Exclusive Marketing Agreement With Bell-Haun Systems8 February 2005
U.S. Wireless Online, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: UWRL) ; (website: http://www.uswirelessonline.com/), today announced that through its wholly owned subsidiary, Bluemile Broadband (http://www.bluemilewireless.com/), the Company has entered into an Exclusive Wholesale Marketing Agreement with Bell-Haun Systems, Inc. (Bell-Haun).
Under the terms of the agreement, Bell-Haun will offer U.S. Wireless Online broadband connectivity products and services, exclusive of all others, through January 2008. Products and services covered under the agreement include, but are not limited to, broadband connectivity for data and voice communications (including IP centric products).
Founded in 1977 and based in Columbus, Ohio, Bell-Haun (http://www.bell-haun.com/) specializes in marketing, installing and maintaining business communication systems and related products and services. Through its wireless division, the company sells and services wireless phones, pagers and 2-way text messaging devices. Bell-Haun's customer list includes: Bank One, Bob Evans Farms, Chicago Title Agency, M/I Homes, McDonalds Corporation, One Write Company, the State of Ohio, White Castle and Worthington Industries.
Bell-Haun has earned a reputation as one of the most respected and successful communications companies within its regional market area. In 1984, Bell-Haun became the first authorized Ameritech Cellular agent in Columbus, Ohio, and it has completed over 10,000 installations, including the first two cellular installations in Central Ohio. The first cellular call in Central Ohio was carried over telephones provided by Bell-Haun Systems.
