Wave2Wave Communications Acquires Assets of Intellispace Metro NY, Connecticut, Philadelphia and Chicago

10 January 2006

Wave2Wave Communications and

IntelliSpace Inc. today announced that the NY Metro,

Connecticut, Philadelphia, and Chicago assets of IntelliSpace

have been acquired by Wave2Wave Communications. Wave2Wave has

now combined the reputable IntelliSpace fiber network with

its robust wireless technology. This combination will offer a

financially stable, technologically innovative source of new

communications services. The network integration will take

place over the next month.

"This is a very exciting and significant event for Wave2Wave,

IntelliSpace and our customers. The combination of our

companies' networks and talented personnel will provide major

enhancements to the breadth and quality of services we

deliver to our customers. We have already made considerable

progress in integrating the two organizations and

operations," said Steven Asman, President of Wave2Wave. "A

vast majority of IntelliSpace's staff, including senior

management, sales, operations, and finance have already

joined the talented Wave2Wave team and are presently

continuing to serve our customers with the highest standards

of service that they have come to expect from both companies.

Because of this, all of our customers will enjoy a seamless

transition and will only notice the improvements that this

synergy brings."

With the acquisition of IntelliSpace, Wave2Wave now offers a

vast array of services ranging from wired and wireless

connections, Vo-IP, web and email hosting, community and

municipal Wi-Fi infrastructures, and office networking.

Customers will benefit from:

-- A complete portfolio of Wave2Wave's voice and data

services

-- Web hosting solutions including offsite data storage

solutions, managed IT services, and wireless solutions

-- A true end-to-end communications solution, encompassing

IntelliSpace's tailored network solutions, point-to-point

private circuits, co-location and managed hosting facilities

-- Continued acclaimed support from both Wave2Wave and

IntelliSpace's 24/7 expert technical support staff.

This will position Wave2Wave as a leading provider of Data

and Voice solutions and give the company a solid platform

from which to expand this business model throughout the NY

Tri-Sate area and metropolitan Chicago.

About Wave2Wave:

Founded in 1999, Wave2Wave Communications was one of the

first companies in America to successfully utilize fixed

wireless technology in order to bring big bandwidth to

companies who didn't want to pay for expensive hardwired

fiber connections. After six years of success, Wave2Wave

continues to push the envelope for ISPs to customize their

services for each client.

Utilizing cost effective and robust technologies, Wave2Wave

has helped thousands of companies and over a quarter million

end users achieve success through increased productivity and

high levels of efficiency, while saving thousands of dollars

on technology costs.
