WiFi Wireless Announces Acquisition of AValon RF19 January 2005
WiFi Wireless, Inc. (OTC: WFIW) announced that they acquired a majority interest in AValon RF late last week. AValon RF designs and produces state-of-the-art wireless links that include receivers, transmitters and digital transceivers and a variety of specialized antennas. AValon RF has also created WiFi Wireless' first wi-fi chipset that is capable of high-speed, wireless, broadband connections for over a 20-mile radius.
Eli Weinstein, President of AValon RF, stated, "WiFi Wireless' marketing and distribution capabilities complement our goal of staying focused on the technology sector."
